First-Time Guest

Thank you for choosing Enhance Hair Care because our focus is haircare we don’t offer any weave service. As a first-time guest scheduling, a consultation will be your first step. This allows us the opportunity to evaluate the condition of the hair. At the time of consultation, all hair services you desire are completed. At the time of your consult bring in 3 inspirational photos. Deposit is required for the first-time guest. The deposit goes towards the cost of hair care products and consultation on appointment day.

  • As a first-time guest, you can’t cancel an appointment. However, if you need to reschedule you can reschedule up to 2 weeks. To avoid any fee, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. View the email that you use at the time of booking your appointment. Returning Guest

All services are charged at the time appointment is scheduled. By booking this appointment, you agree to Enhance Hair Care cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Enhance Hair Care are subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking.

  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

  • If you cancel within the 24-hour notice a full refund will return to your card. (THIS APPLY TO RETURN GUEST ONLY).
